"Rates kept on going up for no reason went to another insurance company Little bit higher but the bill stays the same"

"Hi Daniel, I'm disappointed to see you leave a review on our agency site. Rates are set at the corporate level and we have no control over that at the agency. All insurance companies have been dealing with inflation as everything that insurance pays for has gone up so rates have to follow. We are starting to see things stabilize now so we should be in a more normal rate cycle in the industry going forward. "

"I know very little about how insurance works but Adam and his team made the process very easy for me and took me step by step and explained everything till I was comfortable. They really go out of their way to make sure their customers understand every step before they proceed and are willing to go out of their way to back track and repeat themselves. It’s hard to find customer service like this."

"I ended up getting a new auto policy and the representative was super friendly and it didn't take a lot of time. My wife and I had Traveler's prior to calling State Farm and I saved $80 a month switching. Highly recommend."

"I’ve been with State Farm for over 10 years. But I moved to Colorado and needed a new agent. I am now transferring to another agent due to Adam Bird consistently dropping the ball. My wife and I merged insurances and he still has not gotten my wife’s name updated after 3 years. He still hasn’t merged our accounts, and now is not responding to our new agents request to transfer. State Farm is great, but this office not so much. My wife was in a bad accident, when we called this office they did not offer much help just basically told us to call corporate. I was hoping for a bit more guidance through the whole accident process. They didn’t even call to check in after the accident to see how things progressed. But maybe that’s not their job? At the end of the day it just feels very transactional. Luckily I met another State Farm agent and I am hopeful for this new beginning."

"State Farm has raised my rate 2x in the past several months (almost 25%) even though I have no accidents or tickets and my car is almost 18 years old. I had 1 claim several years ago and was told my rate wouldn't increase after that, but it did 😠 I've been a State Farm customer for over 6 years and I when I called them to ask why it was being raised again they tried to blame "inflation" and the fact that "my car is older and harder to get parts for" which is laughable - it's a car that is still being made and isn't exotic or custom. And I only drive maybe 200 miles a month! Bye State Farm, Liberty Mutual was 30% less and happy to get my business. I called Adam's office to tell them I was canceling and they didn't seem to care either way and made no attempt to keep my business."

"I have been with this office since before Adam took it over. They were great at first, nothing but issues now. Today I'm switching all of my Personal and business policies (9 policies) to another agent. Phones are not consistently answered and several people with lack of knowledge in the business. Trying to get ahold of Adam is like leaving a message for the President! Office ran great when Geneva was in charge but she's hard to reach now too."
